Agriturismo Garavot is situated on the former site of the Regional Forest Nurseries in Valchiusella, which had been abandoned for many years.
A mixed state and private-owned company, P.S.V. srl, whose members are both private shareholders and the municipalities of Alice Superiore and Meugliano, has worked to rehabilitate the area, also thanks to European funds through the help of the Piedmont Region and the Province of Turin.
